Fall 2025 Housing Application Information
In order to make our housing application process more equitable and student-centered, we are reverting to a lottery system. Students will be able to manually select their room and room assignment. See more information about the process in our Housing Application Newsletter.
Overnight Guest Registration Form
All residential students must fill out an overnight guest registration form at least 24 hours before the guest arrives.

Dining Services
Grab a meal at one of our four dining options on campus:
- Hunter J. Smith Dining Commons: The College dining hall includes a menu with plenty of healthy, delicious choices, including the Fresh Market salad bar and the Hearthstone Ovens pizzeria.
- Chick-fil-A: This express service offers great food on the go. Located on the fourth floor of the Slemp Student Center.
- Virginia Flats: Explore artisan flatbreads, chicken wings and grilled subs or sandwiches. Located on the first level of the Smith Dining Commons.
- Books & Brew Cafe: Grab Starbucks coffee, sandwiches, snacks and more during a study break. Located on the fifth floor of the library.
