Academic Regalia 
Faculty and staff participating in the processional may rent regalia through the UVA Wise Bookstore. Order deadline and other details will be shared via employee email.

Arrival For Ceremony 
We appreciate the hard work, dedication and participation of our many faculty, staff, volunteers, and guests at this special event. Please plan to arrive as follows:

• Ushers & Event Staff – designated locations, 7:30-8:00 a.m.
• Faculty & Staff processing – Gilliam Center for the Arts colonnade, 9:00 a.m.
• Cabinet & Platform Party – DJP Convocation Center lower-level, 9:00 a.m.

Parking
Faculty, staff and event volunteers will park on the main campus. Cabinet and Platform Party will park at the DJP Convocation Center. Campus Police will be available to provide directions.

Free shuttle service is also available before and after the ceremony with designated stops at Crockett Hall, McCraray Hall and Greear Gym (and if needed, the main upper campus lot).

Weather
In the event of severe weather that appears likely to impact the ceremony, regular updates will be provided to graduating students and employees via email. Any updates or changes will also be available on this website and on College social media.
